You can add unlimited design requests once you subscribe to one of Lion Designs’s Unlimited Plans. Our designers will work on your request and do their best to get each design request over to you within 24 hours [*subject to the complexity of the request]. Your designer will work on one active design request at a time. After completing one request he will pick up the next request in the queue.
With us you never have to worry about hourly billing or unexpected charges. When we promise “Unlimited” we do mean it.
Once your designer delivers the design, you can request for unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. All types of revisions will be done within 24 hours* [* subject to the complexity of the request] In case you need completely new request that might take some extra time.
Yes, that’s right! No contract, so you can cancel at any time.
If you do not like and approve any of the designs within the first 14 days of your subscription then you can ask for 100% money back with no questions asked.
If we can’t do it you have every right to ask for a full on-the-spot, 100% refund.

We offer ‘Multiple Active Requests’ wherein you can opt for up to 5 Active Requests to be worked on each day. Based on your plan we will work on number of active project per day, including New design and Revision.
A new design project, the one waiting for your review or the one in revision will be considered as active request. We wait for your approval for 1 project. As soon as one project is approved for final files then you are only left with one active project so now we start working on the new project in the queue.
